About C. Steven Moskos

C. Steven Moskos attended the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina from 1980 until 1983 when he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1986. After law school, he practiced in a small firm. In September 1989, he struck out on his own to help injured people regain control of their lives and to help consumers fight unscrupulous business practices. Since then, he has helped people with almost every imaginable problem relating to automobiles. These include car wrecks, lemon law claims, odometer roll backs, non disclosure of prior wreck damage in the sale of cars, wrongful refusal of credit life insurance companies to pay claims, and yo-yo transactions. Mr. Moskos also handles other consumer problems such as false information on consumers' credit reports, bad faith insurance claims, personal injuries, workers compensation claims.
